About Our Firm
We represent a number of small, medium and large businesses handling their transactional matters and resolving their disputes through aggressive negotiation and litigation. We represent property owners, architects, contractors, franchisees, and a variety of other businesses, providing corporate transactional services and protecting their legal rights involving contract disputes, construction matters, debt collection, franchise disputes, protection of intellectual property rights, shareholder and partnership issues, toxic torts, product liability suits, property damage, and personal injury claims in state and federal courts throughout Hawaii and California.
The firm was founded in 2005 by the two named partners, Blake W. Bushnell and Jeffrey P. Miller, each of whom has practiced law for over eighteen years. The firm's focus is to provide prompt, cost effective, and outstanding legal services to the firm's clients, and to develop innovative solutions to each client's business and/or litigation goals.
